Problem Statement 
Problem: The community center is a historic building that needs help finding new ways to renovate its property to better serve its community. 
Solution: We interviewed and researched the neighborhood to better understand their needs while providing multiple solutions while staying within budget. 
My Role: I created a sustainable building design in order for the new office space to be up to London's current building codes. 
Discovery
User Persona: Peaslee residents, volunteers, and stakeholders.
User Research: interviews involving all parties and outside parties involved within the community.  
Ideation:  Running ideas past the organizer of the community center 
Design
Design: There were multiple design briefs within this project. We worked by going through each element and floor to be able to focus on smaller issues while also keeping the user's needs in mind.

Design Presentation: Our studio presented to town board members and Peaslee Community Center Workers while also opening the doors for individuals who lived within the neighborhood.

Lessons learned: Communicating with stakeholders including client and internal teams for smooth project coordination. Researching and analyzing the project including historical, cultural, and geographical context.
